  • Where is my order?

You can track your order using Order ID or AWB No. here.

Track Order. You can also find your Order ID and AWB No. in the confirmation email.

  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Yes, sure! You can change the shipping address within 48 hrs for Embroidery Order, however for Non-Embroidery order, we can change the address if it is not dispatched. We generally try to dispatch your order within 24 hours to deliver your product to you asap. Please drop us an email.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes! In case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation requests if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse.

In the case of embroidery products, we are so sorry, we would not be able to cancel the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process. Embroidery products are specially customized for you and cannot be resold.

  • Can I modify my order?

For non-embroidery orders, we can modify your order if the order is not yet dispatched from our warehouse and for embroidery orders, we would not be able to modify the order as our team would have already started the custom embroidery process.
